We have a very focused, driven, experienced management team with a combined average of 20 years' experience committed to growing the concept and improving unit income performance and keeping cost controls on track.

Generally, each of our restaurants is staffed with three to five managers - a General Manager and two to four Managers. Your career begins with our CTU and AOR Basics- an extensive selfpaced training program consisting of eight modules that leads to continued development throughout your career with us. As you advance in your career you will receive performance reviews. Performance reviews occur semi annually. Salary reviews occur on your twelve month anniversary, and annually thereafter (or upon promotion). Our work week consists of five days, 50-60 +/- hours per week. Following is an outline of our training program and unit management structure.

Manager
At this level you have completed the eight modules. You are now eligible for participation in our Management Bonus Program. Now you are responsible for running great shifts, and may focus on one Area of Responsibility (AOR) as you progress in your development. You are held accountable for your unit's overall performance. Your development will continue through our AOR Basics.

General Manager
Required nomination by your General Manager and your Director of Operations, with approval of the concept president. You have total responsibility for your unit's performance and practices. You participate in an extensive bonus program that is based on your ability to influence your restaurant's sales, Profit after controllable (PAC), and Operational Profit (OP). There are also annual incentives based on sales growth, operational quality and development of team members and coaches. Current maximum annual bonus potential is $48,000. Total compensation at the GM level ranges from low $40's to $80,000 plus!
